About Renegade Research

Decentralized, Patient-Led, Community-Based Science and Care

Renegade Research is a 501c3 nonprofit. We bring together a dynamic community of patients, caregivers, scientists, and clinicians to drive innovation and health care. Our collaborative approach allows us to tackle complex challenges and develop ground-breaking solutions that improve patient outcome. Join us in our mission. Our current focus is ME/CFS, Immune and Infection Associated Chronic Conditions, and co-morbidities.

Our Goals

Our model is agile, catalyzing faster innovation. We break existing silos to bridge communication that will improve diagnosis/treatment. Each project within our model impacts groups challenged by the burden of the conditions.

Patients: Give a voice to the patient community by facilitating de-centralized research partnerships with researchers and providers. Increase patient quality of life by improving function and decreasing disability load. Access to trials and protocols leading to health improvements as a new research and care model. Provide financial resources to the IACC community.

Researchers: Streamlined access to involved patient community/academia partners for decentralized research independent of location and severity; multi-modal funding; open source data leads to new hypotheses and studies. Feasibility studies for larger trials.

Clinicians: Provide global community a platform that brings together multi-specialty clinicians, researchers, patients. Facilitate medical education resources, systematic knowledge acquisition. Mentorship and real-time feedback.
